The officers of The New Jersey State League of Master Plumbers Inc. are nominated and then voted for at our annual convention. Any member in good standing can nominate or be nominated.
All members do not have an official casting vote, but are represented by delegates from their respective local association. These delegates along with the representatives of the Executive Board cast all votes.

Thomas, licensed as Master Plumber #7854 is the appointed Plumbing Subcode Official for the Township of East Brunswick. He is also licensed as a Building, Fire Protection and Mechanical Inspector and is certified by the American Society of Sanitary Engineering as a Series 5000 Professional Qualifications Instructor, Proctor Backflow Device Inspector and Tester. Additionally, he is certified by New England Water Works Association and the New York Department of Health as a Backflow Device Inspector and Tester. He established and administers the Municipal Cross-Connection Control Program for the Township of East Brunswick.
Thomas has also recently affiliated the State League with the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials [IAPMO] and chartered the only other New Jersey Chapter in addition to the New Jersey Plumbing Inspectors Association [NJPIA].
Thomas is one of our Board approved continuing education instructors and last September became the 4th year apprenticeship training instructor for the Middlesex County Vocational-Technical School [MCVTS]. He is our liasion to the New Jersey Plumbing Inspectors Association, the chairman of our State License Committee, co-chairman for the Legislative & Code Committee and is also webmaster and in charge of internet communications for the Monmouth County Master Plumbers Association
More recently, on June 3, 2010 Thomas was awarded an ASSE Cross-Connection Control Instructor certification and a Proctor certification as well.
